With Christmas right around the corner, we all have Christmas gift shopping on our minds. With all of the sales coming up, now is the perfect time to pick up the best at home beauty devices for yourself and/or your loved ones. Below I am going to go through my list of the best at home beauty devices that I think are actually worth our hard-earned cash. I am recommending devices that I personally own and have had good experiences with. I use, like, and recommend all of these devices however, I am going to go in order of my preference starting with the devices that I love the most.
1. Dermaflash

This is my favorite and most used beauty device. You know that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you spend money on something and then it actually ends up being worth it? Well, that’s this device for me. I think because the effect of using it is immediately apparent. The Dermaflash is basically an electronic face shaver. It removes your peach fuzz and exfoliates the dead skin cells on your face which helps your face to look smoother, and younger. I have owned my Dermaflash for a few years now and I still use it every week to two weeks.
If you are thinking that you don’t really need something like this, I suggest standing in front of a window with a mirror. Turn your face from side to side and you will see all of the hair (commonly called peach fuzz) on your face. Or think about the last time you grabbed a pair of tweezers to pull out those nasty chin hairs. Also, just to dispel the misconception–your hair will NOT grow back thicker and darker. That just does not happen.
This is a wonderful gift for any lady in your life, young or old. The Dermaflash website is linked here.
2. LED Light Therapy Mask
Light therapy has amazing benefits for our skin. Red light in particular is beneficial for anti-aging. Some of the benefits include:
- Stimulating collagen production
- aiding in wound healing
- reducing fine lines and wrinkles
- reducing age spots
- improving scarring
- reducing inflammation
Need I say more? Okay, I will. The thing that I personally love the most about this skincare device is how easy it is to use and fit into your day. I have the LED mask from Current Body. It’s flexible and has a strap on the back to secure it to my head. So I strap it on, put the end of the cord in my pocket, and then go on with whatever chore I’m doing. I have done dishes and laundry in my mask. I often wear it while watching TV.

3. Radio Frequency Device
Radiofrequency is a form of therapy where energy waves are used to heat the deep layer of your skin to lift, tighten, and firm, your skin. Like any of these treatments, you can have this done by a professional for a more dramatic result but it will also come with a dramatic price tag.
I love the at-home convenience of doing this myself. I own the Newa. I generally use mine while watch watching TV. I put the conductive gel on my face and then work my way around my face in intervals while hanging out with my husband and watching TV. I have had my device for several years. The only thing I would caution if you do buy this one is that you have to be careful to keep it moving. If you forget to move it then it gets hot very quickly. I will link the Newa for you here.

4. Microcurrent
Microcurrent devices work by delivering an electrical current to your facial muscles. That current works by stimulating your muscles and promoting collagen production. I have heard some people say that it’s like working out but for your face. It tones and firms the skin giving it a lift. It is not painful at all but does have a slight zapping sensation as you use it. The reason this is fourth on my list of devices is that it is the most labor-intensive device I own.
There are a ton of devices out on the market now but I have the Myolift Mini by 7e Wellness. I purchased this one a couple of years ago after doing research on which of the at-home microcurrent devices actually delivered the best results.
The results can be seen immediately upon use so that is pretty amazing. If you do one half of your face before the other you can actually see the difference it makes in the lift it gives. However, you do have to use this long-term and consistently in order to keep those results. This is a device to invest in if you (or your loved one) are very committed to setting time aside each day to do this.

The best at home beauty devices
This is the round-up of the four best at-home beauty devices that I own and recommend. On their own, or used in a routine with one another, these devices all have anti-aging benefits for your skin. They are an investment, and they do require a commitment, but over time you will see the payoff. The best part is that you can use them in the comfort of your own home.
